Skills, Languages. Resume File: The
content of your uploaded resume document.
Other Professional Information: Portfolio
links, desired job types, and other professional
details you choose to include in your profile.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive
personal data such as racial or ethnic origin,

beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data,
biometric data, data concerning health, or data
concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual

b) Recruiter and Company Data:
When Recruiters and Company representatives

payment processing if you subscribe to paid

summarizes your information, creates embeddings,
and analyzes data to improve candidate matching
for Recruiters and Companies. Platform
Improvement: To analyze aggregated and
anonymized candidate data to improve our AI
matching algorithm and platform functionality.
Notifications and Communication: To send
you platform-related notifications, updates, and
for direct communication related to your account
and platform services.
b) Recruiter and Company Data:
Platform Access and Account Management: To
manage your accounts, provide platform access,
and ensure secure platform usage. Billing
and Payments: To process payments for
subscription services (if applicable).
Communication: To communicate with you
regarding your account, platform updates, and
for marketing our services to Recruiters and
Companies. Platform Improvement: To
analyze how Recruiters and Companies use the
platform to improve our services and platform

candidate application data from Company Branded
Job Boards integrated into Company websites, and
potentially add this data to the general
candidate pool (as described in the Terms and

track recruiter shortlisting activities to
understand candidate engagement and platform

Providers: Providers of AI models used for
resume analysis, summarization, and embedding
generation. Cloud Hosting and Storage
Providers: To host our platform and store data.

payments (for Recruiter/Company subscriptions).
Analytics Providers: To analyze platform
usage (on anonymized data). We have
